The Department of Community Resources is located within the Theodore D. Young Community Center (TDYCC) facility. TDYCC is located a few blocks from Kmart Shopping Center on Route 119 Tarrytown Road. If you are traveling toward Elmsford, turn right onto Manhattan Avenue, and our entrance is on the left across the street from Union Baptist Church. If you are traveling towards White Plains on Route119 make a left off of Tarrytown Road on to Manhattan Avenue, and make one more left at the first block opposite the church.
Public Transportation to the Center
The Westchester County Bee-Line Bus Stop a half block from TDYCC at the corner of Tarrytown Road and Manhattan Avenue (across the street from the Kmart Shopping Plaza). For schedule information, please contact the Bee-Line Information Center in office at 914-813-7777.
Parking
Limited lot parking is available. When the parking lot is full, street parking along Manhattan Avenue is permitted on the west side of the street.
