PLANNING
The Division of Planning provides professional planning services to the land use boards and committees of the Town.
Services
- Review of development applications for conformance with local regulations and policies
- Coordination with regional planning agencies (NYSDOT, NYSDEC, Westchester County, adjacent municipalities)
- Perform land use studies
- Provide information to the public regarding development applications
This division is responsible for current and long term planning in unincorporated Greenburgh.
